Receptionist Uyen was really nice. From a deluxe sea-facing room you can watch the ‘Symphony of Sea’ show, and seeing the fireworks from the room was an unforgettable memory. If you’re staying on a lower floor, like the second, I think it’s better to buy a ticket for the show. The hotel is in a convenient spot, though the bar across from it makes things a little noisy.

The rooms were clean and a comfortable size, neither too big nor too small. The roads nearby are lively, and the service was polite. Receptionist Uyen was especially kind, always welcoming and cheerful, and ready to help whenever we asked. The location worked perfectly for the attractions and events. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return to this boutique hotel.

The staff were friendly and helped with my requests. The place is well positioned for watching the fireworks. There was some confusion over the dates and my Agoda confirmation, but it was all sorted out quickly. Thanks for the hospitality during my stay.

The location is handy for getting to the different restaurants in sunset town, but the noise was a lot. The bar stays loud until close to 11 pm, and the fireworks and kiss of the sea show happen every night, so it feels noisy all night. Check-in also took quite a while, and staff kept asking me for the receipt. Their English wasn't very good, so I had to use Google Translate.

We were waiting at reception when they cancelled our booking. We had reserved a sea-front room to watch the fireworks, but after two hours they moved us to another hotel with no view. It was disgraceful. Booking.com didn't do anything about it either.
