I don't know what to do now. The booking rules mean I can't cancel for free, but the payment requests have left me uneasy. I booked through Booking.com, where the details said 50% prepayment. I assumed the amount would be charged to my card automatically. Instead, they messaged asking me to transfer it from my card to their bank account, and the next day they sent details for a different account. It looks like a scam to me, and I still have no answers. I don't understand why the hotel couldn't take payment through the online service.

The room was so big and clean, and as a woman travelling solo I felt very safe. I had a wonderful week here and can't think of anything bad to say. The staff were especially great, and THUYEN was a huge help. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend the place.

Construction starts right outside around 6.30-7am, and dogs at the spa/convenience store directly opposite bark day and night. The noise is a lot, so I wouldn't recommend staying here. Booking sites should mention the ongoing building work, since the listing gives a misleading impression. I don't understand the reviews calling it quiet, it's very far from quiet. The hotel and staff are good, but the constant noise has made me mark it way down.

This is our second visit, and we've enjoyed staying here again. The rooms are spotless, and the cleaners are so considerate: even when we skip a full clean, they offer water and fresh towels. The receptionists are always helpful and greet us with a smile. Huge thanks to the staff for making our stay such a pleasure. We can't wait to come back.
