The staff were very supportive, and the cleaning crew did a great job with the room. There’s an outdoor pool and a safe. The hotel is reasonably priced, near the airport, shops, and restaurants, and centrally located on the island, so it could suit many travelers. It’s an older property with dated furniture, and the rooms had a slight smell. Many doors were uneven and hard to close; the balcony door was rusty, stuck, and couldn’t be locked. The air conditioner was rusty inside but worked well. Set it to your preference or you may not sleep well. Ground floor rooms may face trash cans, while floors 5, 6, and 7 get noise from breakfast guests moving chairs. Ocean-facing rooms have nice morning views but get hot in the afternoon sun because they face west. Lights outside on the 6th floor attract lots of bugs in the evening, so you can’t open the balcony door for the ocean breeze. Internet is free but intermittent and sometimes freezes. Better to shower at night or early in the morning, since late showers may be cold, though not too bad. Breakfast was okay, and the staff were very nice and helpful.

We spent 14 nights here and had a very pleasant time. There are some room issues, but I still rate it a 10. The staff are friendly, respond quickly, and do their best to keep the hotel going even when the hotel and area are busy. The pool is clean and nice, the beach is a short walk away, and there are loads of shops, massage places, and restaurants around.

The people here were amazing. We had a serious problem with Booking, and the staff handled it professionally and kindly, giving us a lot of help through a very difficult situation. The manager was great, and the service was fantastic. A very good hotel, highly recommended.

Right in the city center, with everything you need nearby. It's a standard hotel, but the staff are thoughtful, helpful, and always available for requests. Ask for manager Peter, who gave our group so many tips for sightseeing around Phu Quoc. A real gentleman.

A popular place with lovely staff, a beautiful pool, and exceptional cleanliness. I was upgraded for free to a penthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a tub, three TVs, and a spectacular view. Breakfast was nice, with a view of the ocean. The 17 or 19 bus stops right outside and takes you all the way to Grand World for free. The hotel is in town near shops and restaurants, including Linda's, rather than in one of the newer, industrial scale subdivisions far from everything on the island. Definitely recommend!
