There was no service at all, and the whole experience was awful. The geyser didn't work, so we had to shower with cold water. Even after we complained several times, they never fixed it. There were lizards in the room, and spiders and worms in the bathroom. The dustbin lid was covered in fungus. This hotel was not good at all.

Really good hotel and service. There's lots nearby, plus a motorbike rental place just next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to the beautiful southern beaches. They also offer laundry service.

The price was affordable, and the owner and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They might not understand English, but Google Translate worked for us. The room was clean, small but nicely arranged to save space, and the facilities were a little old but okay. The hotel is on a busy main road, so it's easy to reach nearby attractions, with lots of good restaurants close by.

The owner, Ms. Tình, was incredibly kind and friendly. We need more people like her. It's a nice, modern hotel in a central location, and they're doing some minor renovations right now.
