The room had an excellent sea view, including Kiss Bridge, and you could clearly see fireworks at night. You can also walk from the accommodation to the cable car. Getting to the room was less smooth. Check-in is in a separate place from the accommodation building, and we waited quite a while for other guests so we could walk over together. The staff didn't seem very willing to help. Room cleanliness was average, and the passenger elevator wasn't very clean either.

We were given a room on a lower floor, but could still watch the fireworks right from our balcony, which was amazing. At La Isla Apartment & Villas, the room was spotless and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for an easy, relaxing stay. We had a great experience and would recommend it.

The balcony view was the best part for us. From our sea-view room we watched the full fireworks display and the kiss of the sea show, and could also see the kiss bridge and cable car. If you want to wake up to a calm ocean view, I recommend this room option 10/10. We had an amazing stay in Phu Quoc. The office staff were impeccable, especially Tri. I left my bag at the office when checking out and realized it was missing only after reaching our next location, 50kms away. Tri helped get it back to us and sent it to our next hotel. They also have rental scooty services. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves: utensils, pots, pans, a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. The apartment was clean and tidy, and felt just like home. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Best of all was sitting on the balcony at night to watch the fireworks over Phu Quoc. Such a memorable view. We'd love to come back.

Duy was so kind, showed me around, and helped a lot when I ran into some issues. The room was clean and beautiful, with a wonderful view, and it felt like home. Amazing experience. I'd recommend this place and this city 100%.
