Lala TH3-29

We booked two rooms 20 days ahead, but when we arrived late at night for check-in, the hotel had already given them to other people. We were sent to two rooms in different locations, at least 200 meters apart. The rooms were in poor shape, with few amenities and weak A/C. There was no help moving our luggage to a room on the third floor, and there was no elevator. The mini fridge made a horrible noise every 5-10 minutes. We felt unsafe trying to sleep there. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms look decent and spacious, but there was a thick layer of dust on the air conditioning unit. I tried to find someone to help clean, but it seemed there was nobody available. When we moved the sofa to get a better view of the TV, we found a shocking amount of dirt and dust underneath. On our second day, pesticides were sprayed below, and a lot of cockroaches came out from inside. I may try to provide a video. We found another room nearby and moved out. We left the key there, hoping they could clean before our colleagues arrived the next day. When I returned later that night, the door was unlocked and the room card was gone. I was completely disgusted by the management.

We needed somewhere for the night, and this was the closest affordable place to grand world. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, and made our stay really enjoyable. He deserves all the business. Thank you so much, we'd recommend staying here.

Great value, and the location made it easy to get transport and find food. The hospitality was good, too. They also helped us with everything, including our luggage.
