Lotus Home Cafe

The staff were warm and caring from the start. Even though we arrived late, check-in was quick and easy, and everyone stayed friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel is cozy and clean, with a large bed and comfortable mattress and pillows that made it easy to sleep after long walks. The area is lovely and convenient for walking any time, day or night. There's a café on the ground floor with excellent coffee, which was a nice addition to our mornings.

The peach and passion fruit tea was really refreshing, and the desserts were tasty too. I also recommend the signature Vietnamese Egg Coffee (Cà phê trứng), it was delicious and reminded me a little of Tiramisu. I stopped by this café today and found it very cute, a great spot for photos and some unusual flavors.

Nina made our stay feel extra special. She was so kind and helpful, always greeting us with a warm smile, and her genuine care made us feel at home. Lotus Home Cafe is peaceful, cozy, and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The café downstairs serves delicious food and coffee, and we loved having breakfast there each morning among the greenery. Highly recommend for a visit to Phu Quoc if you want to enjoy both the stay and the atmosphere.

We booked Lotus Home & Cafe but were taken to a different building, in a room unlike the nice, spacious pictures on Agoda. It was small and old, with peeling walls, and there was a big cockroach running around when we first walked in. The room didn't seem properly cleaned. Breakfast was limited to one dish per customer, which wasn't enough for a grown adult. Tom bought us drinks to apologize, but later got angry and asked why I had posted a negative comment on the booking site. As a customer, I should be able to share my real experience. Improving the stay matters more than challenging someone for leaving an honest review.
