The room was okay, and cleaning was fine, but getting hot water in the shower took a long time. The hotel is far from the beach, though there’s a shop nearby for food, fruit, and snacks. The night market close by was noisy and not good. At the end of 2025, there was major construction at a nearby hotel, making the street very dusty. We were lucky to get a room facing the other way. It’s hard to get a Grab because the pin on the map is wrong, so taxis stop on the wrong street. If you manage to get one for a short trip, hurry to the clean center with Giant Pearl and the fountain. Local taxis are cheap, so it’s quick to get around. When we checked out, the receptionist asked us to pay 60,000 for a bottle of water in the room. They also offer laundry at a reasonable price. It was fine to stay there because there wasn’t another choice around Sun city, which was fully booked for HNY 2025-2026. You can switch hotels here, but things are more or less the same: no service, and everything is calm and easy. A nice 3-star hotel.

The room at Harry Phu Quoc Hotel 3 was dirty, with dirty cups and water that looked unclean at first. I had to let the water run before using it. For what we got, the price felt too high. It’s also quite a way from the beach, and there aren’t many restaurants or shops nearby. Most places only open around 5 PM, which was inconvenient. We had a disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The apartment was disgusting and so dirty that I asked for it to be cleaned again. The girls came with window cleaner. The hotel is also far from what we needed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The location was quiet, with not much around, and Sunset Town is a 10-15 minute walk away. The room and bed were very good overall. But the fridge had been switched off for a long time and smelled awful. They charged me for two large bottles of water they said I’d taken from it, even though I couldn’t use them at all. I also left three small bottles untouched. You have to wait a few minutes for warm water, and the shower ends up flooding.
