Cars can get to this place easily, and the room itself was clean, though the toilet flush was rather weak. My arrival was very late, around 11 a.m. the next day, but the room still wasn’t available because it had apparently been rented to other guests. I had paid already and had said I didn’t need to check in right away. After I got home, I also discovered that two boxes of medicine were missing from my luggage. All in all, a bad experience. Edit: I uploaded proof that I paid the deposit three weeks before the trip. I never asked to cancel the room, despite the owner’s false claims. Lol.

It’s usually fully booked, so you’ll want to reserve at least a week before travelling. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are nice and very clean. The staff are friendly, and Phan Xich Long street, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops, is only about a five-minute walk away.

The room was cozy and clean, and Ms Phuong and her staff did so much to make me comfortable. They even helped me sort out several things. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you for everything!

I felt comfortable there, almost like I was somewhere familiar, and it was one of my favorite stays in Vietnam. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but there are lots of amenities close by. The staff were lovely. I’d highly recommend it.

The decor in the room was great. Noise was the downside, from the coffee shop downstairs and vehicles right outside the windows.
