Signature Boutique Hotel

We booked the VIP room for three people, and it was spacious enough for us and excellent value. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were very kind. The location was confusing, especially for grab drivers, who wouldn’t go into the alley in front of the hotel. Still, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel is on a peaceful street and about 3-4 kilometres from the city centre, which still felt like a pretty good location. The rooms are clean and well designed. Ours was a bit small, but quite adequate for two. Breakfast is available, though it’s an à la carte menu with six items rather than a buffet. More options would be better, and a buffet could provide that. I’d recommend it for a short stay, but probably not a long one.

I stayed in the VIP room and thought it was great. The location in district 5 is fantastic. Complimentary breakfast was also great, with good portions, and the coffee and noodles were pretty good. One thing to keep in mind: many grab drivers have trouble finding the hotel and won’t drive into the alley in front for pickup.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location makes it easy to reach Vietnamese and Chinese food on foot. But the room 402 was small, old and dirty. The fridge made a lot of noise, and the bed, pillows, blanket and bathroom ceiling were dirty too. The rest of the room didn’t feel clean. Breakfast choices were limited. To me, the hotel looks like 3 stars, while the room standard and quality are only 2 stars. You can find a better place for the same price.
