Boutique Garden

The staff here made my stay, especially Julia and her sister Anjou (I hope I’ve got your name right). They were genuinely kind and worked hard to help with anything I needed. I prefer a fan over AC, and they sorted that out. My room was clean and comfortable, with a little balcony looking over the streets and treetops, and the shower was hot with strong pressure. Breakfast was tasty, and I had omelettes every morning. I’ve seen other reviewers, mostly Westerners like me, complain about things such as room photos or breakfast. Photos often make rooms look bigger than they are, with fisheye lenses, and that happens everywhere. One of the other rooms I saw was quite spacious. I’ve felt warmly welcomed at this lovely hotel, and people throughout Vietnam have been truly kind and helpful.

The staff were really polite and helpful, but the breakfast was the worst part. There’s no buffet, just a short list of menu choices. The photos on booking websites are old, so I wouldn’t pick this hotel based on pictures from Google, Booking.com, or another site.

The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful. I gave four stars because the room advertised as a particular type wasn’t the one I got. The photos should show the rooms that are actually available. I mentioned it to them and expect they’ll fix it soon.

The reception staff member was kind, which made the experience a bit of a shame. Trip.com’s photos suggest the place is new, but the rooms have clearly aged. They should update the pictures. The beds were cheap and really uncomfortable.
