Cadasa Resort Dalat

The bed was super comfy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and breakfast was really good. It had everything I could need for a business trip, including a dryer, small face towels, and safe lockers. There’s even a cute puppy named GOLD. It’s a peaceful, pretty, welcoming place with French colonial style, and good value at 26-35usd/ night depending on the season. I wasn’t keen on the smell of the mosquito repellent, but opening the windows helped.

We couldn’t find another place in Dalat with a reasonably sized room. These rooms are huge for the price, and the bed was good. The old buildings need renovation, though. Everything works, but the decor and colors feel dated, and the rooms are dark. It’s very quiet at night. A good interior decorator could turn the place into a stunning resort. Large groups could bring it to life, but it felt a bit depressing for couples or people staying alone.

The staff were kind, and when the nights got cold they lent us an extra blanket after we asked at the front desk. The price wasn’t too high, and we slept well. I came with a small child, and the beautiful nature around the building gave the kids room to play safely. I’m interested in buildings, and this old one lets you imagine what life used to be like. It may not suit people who don’t appreciate old buildings. I’d recommend it if you want a quiet, nature-filled stay instead of bright city life.

We had a lovely garden and an amazing view, with birds singing in the morning. The rooms have classic high ceilings, and most have baths. The host let us check out late, and bikes were available to rent if needed. It’s central to everything and good value for the money.
