The location was a bright spot: lots of restaurants and even two large supermarkets are within walking distance. The resort also has plenty of plants and flowers, and they left complimentary water each day. Still, I won't return. We booked an executive room for 16/01-19/01/2026 through expedia, but it was tiny, with two huge beds. The old wardrobe was dirty and had no hangers, the taps were badly eroded, and the TV didn't work. The air conditioner dripped a little, the towels were very worn, the Wi-Fi was terrible, and the mattress was hard. Check-in took forever because staff said they couldn't find our booking name. Their English was very poor.

We only ended up here because our confirmed booking at another hotel couldn't be found, which seems to happen a lot here, and this was the only place available at short notice. The staff were friendly, but we wouldn't book again. It wasn't worth the price. The garden was pleasant, though unlike the pictures, and there were lots of stairs up to the rooms. Our room was a reasonable size but very dated. The beds felt like sleeping on the floor, the bathroom was very low standard, and the shower had no hot water. The fridge and TV were both broken.
