The staff were unbelievably helpful, and they're usually nearby even when nobody is at reception. Reception is meant to be open from 07:00 AM to 11:30 PM, but most of the time we had to look around for someone. For the price they offered, it was worth it, and the location was good too. Watch out for street dogs and the 100 meter slope, where you have to haul your own luggage.

The central location was handy: about an 8-minute walk away is a Holiday Sense stop with free buses to VinWonders, Grand World, and other places. We skipped breakfast because there are many Indian restaurants nearby. Our stay at Miana Resort was okay, but the photos had led us to expect more. There were lots of mosquitoes, so we kept the doors shut. The short uphill road is difficult for cars, and only scooters can get in. We had to walk about 5 minutes from the main road and carry our luggage ourselves.

Why does nobody speak English in a tourist area? I also don't understand the misleading presentation of this hotel. It looks in the photos as if it's almost beside the sea, and you can see the sea in those pictures. But in the real photos I'll attach, there are construction works and all sorts of random back alleys. I can't understand why there's so much deception in such a popular resort area.

I hurt my leg during the stay, and Hiew kindly got me some ice cubes. Chef Linh also helped us get a great meal and was really helpful with the service. We had a great stay at Miana.

The pool was good for a quick dip, though the area around it could use a tidy-up. It’s a decent budget choice, with clean rooms, a good shower, and helpful reception staff. Bars, restaurants, and the beach are close by, across a busy road. Taxis can’t reach the property because the alley is too narrow, and there’s a slight incline, but we managed to haul our luggage up.
