Nadine Phu Quoc Resort & Spa

I spent five days at Nadine Phu Quoc Resort in a King Room with Pool view, and had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. The place is peaceful and well cared for, with clean rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool area stayed clean and inviting. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help with a smile. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their friendly, prompt service. They made me feel comfortable and helped make the visit memorable. I'd highly recommend Nadine Resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc for comfort, good service, and a calm setting.

They even packed breakfast for us ahead of our early morning flight, such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel also arranged early check-in, which helped a lot after traveling. Staff were kind and supportive, and the receptionist was professional and knew how to make tourists feel comfortable. A very pleasant stay with lovely hospitality.

We planned on four days at Nadine Phu Quoc, then extended our stay. It's a human-sized hotel tucked on a small street near the main road, so it felt calm and relaxing, with lots of greenery and a really large, quiet pool. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and housekeeping came every morning. The staff were wonderful, always around to answer questions and make the stay as good as possible. They spoke English, so communication was easy, and they were always smiling and in a good mood. Breakfast had plenty of choice, with European and Asian dishes that changed each morning. It was delicious, and there was still enough for everyone even after 9am. A little car service can take you to the beach, about 10 minutes away, and scooters are available to rent for 150k vd/day. This was the best place for us to enjoy our time on the island. I'd come back without hesitation.

This was my second stay, and I enjoyed it again overall. The rooms are lovely and very clean, and the location is good, near Long Beach and several restaurants. I appreciated getting a discount as a returning guest. I would stay again, but hope the hotel pays more attention next time, responds faster, and makes the experience more pleasant. Some things need work. Breakfast needs more variety and options. The airport driver wasn't very welcoming or professional. He played loud music without checking whether I was comfortable with it. At Starfish Beach, another driver kept pushing me to return early because he had another airport pickup. I'd paid for a full-day service, so managing his schedule wasn't my responsibility. Any time limit should have been explained in advance, not while I was enjoying the beach. It also took a long time to get replies on WhatsApp when I asked about availability. Staff told me to contact them only by message, but responses were still slow. Other guests were given welcome cold tea when I arrived, and I only got mine after bringing it up, which was disappointing.
