The owner was really friendly, and the rooms have a handy apartment layout with a separate room, hallway, sink, and bathroom. The price is reasonable, though I can see why: there’s a bit of a low-cost feel. Without a motorbike, getting here felt far. If I have one next time, I’d like to come back, even if the price has gone up. It’s a local place, so I did see some big ants that looked like fire ants, and a bite hurts. There were a few mosquitoes too, but they have an electric repellent. The restaurant is still being worked on. If they tidy it up properly, this could be a decent inn.
