Phong Nha Hotel Phu Quoc

The owner and staff made me feel very welcome, and both my room and the whole hotel were spotless. My room had a comfortable bed, AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, and a balcony with chairs. The bathroom had soft towels and all kinds of toiletries. There's an elevator too, which suited my lazy self 🤣. I only stayed two days after another hotel canceled my booking at the last minute. I'd already paid for the rest of my trip elsewhere, or I would have stayed longer. It's in a prime area, and I'll consider coming back on my next trip to phu quoc island. Highly recommend.

The hospitality was the best I experienced during my 1.5 months in Vietnam. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. The hotel was super clean, with daily cleaning and fresh towels and sheets, and the internet was fast enough for work. I'd return if I come back to Phu Quoc.

I had a great stay here. The rooms look just like the pictures online, and they're really nice and clean. They cleaned the room and changed the towels every day. If you want a clean hotel with good service, I'd recommend this one. The receptionists and the owner were willing to help guests.

There are lots of good cafes nearby, and the location is excellent. The hotel itself is small, very clean, and quiet, which made it a good place to work. My room had a desk where I could use the computer, plus the basics: towels, shower gel, shampoo, a kettle, and a refrigerator.
