The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the airport transfer they arranged was a lovely bonus. Our room was spacious, had a partial sea view and a giant wheel view, and the amenities made it easy to relax. The beach was clean and peaceful, while the hotel itself is huge and has an amazing pool. Breakfast at the restaurant offered loads of choice. Vinwonders, Grand world and Safari are very close, and you can get there on the free VIN bus or by taxi for a reasonable fare. Thanks, Vinpearl, we had a great time.

The people here made the trip feel special. Everyone we met was welcoming, attentive and ready to help, and their care made us feel valued the whole time. Room service was quick and professional, always with a smile. The food was delicious and had plenty of variety. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well kept. We loved the food, the staff and the comfortable atmosphere, and the hospitality felt outstanding throughout our stay. Thanks to the whole team at Vinpearl Resort &spq Phu Quoc. We had a wonderful visit from arrival through checkout, and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

The balcony ocean view was mesmerizing, so I’d recommend booking a room with that view. The beach is just behind the resort, easy to pop over to whenever you feel like it. We also got a complimentary ticket to The Quintessence of Vietnam, one of the landmark shows at PhuQuoc Grand World, plus free use of the luxurious Jacuzzi, Steam bath and Sauna. There was so much to enjoy that we could easily have stayed a few more days. Our room was spacious and the service was top notch, making the whole stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the experience. If you’re visiting Phu Quoc, leave at least a day or two to unwind and make use of what the resort offers.

We loved staying here. Breakfast had lots of variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our clean, comfortable room looked out over the pool and sea. There’s a free bus to Grandworld every 30 minutes. If relaxing without going anywhere is what you want, this is a perfect spot.

The pool area was a real highlight, and we spent a lot of time lounging there. Our room at VinPearl Resort Phu Quoc was beautifully spacious, and the resort itself was lovely. Breakfast was worth the money, with a huge selection of tasty things every morning. Staff were great whenever we needed help. We asked for a crib, among other things, and everyone we dealt with was quick, friendly and keen to help. It left a great impression. We’d happily return to Phu Quoc and recommend this place for a relaxing break, especially for families with young kids.
