The staff were really friendly and helpful. We got so sick while staying here that we extended several times, and we were grateful they made that easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, air conditioned, and nice. It’s quite far from the main attractions, though Grab rides were easy enough to get. We’d recommend it for a budget-friendly stay. One frustrating thing: the booking said the front desk was open 24/7, but that wasn’t true. A woman offered to do our laundry and told us the price. I went to the room and back to get the clothes, which she knew I was doing. It took no more than two minutes, but she’d left and didn’t return for an hour. That wasted our time and energy when we were already feeling unwell.

We had a terrible stay. The first room was old and had a leaking bathroom, and we even found insect eggs in the main room. After we complained, they moved us, but the next room was just as bad: dirty sheets, rubbish left inside, and an unclean room. There were more problems too, including dirty towels and a filthy kettle with insects in it. We asked for proper cleaning and fresh sheets, but nothing was done. Not recommended at all.

There was no hot water, and the old room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
