The standout for me was the Spiced Fish Sauce Caramel & Roasted Peanut Gelato. It was a bold idea, but really well done. The fish sauce aroma wasn't strong, while the aftertaste brought through the flavor of Phu Quoc's peanut fish sauce, the familiar accompaniment to herring salad. Sweet, salty, nutty, and aromatic all came together in a surprising way. As far as I know, fish sauce is central to Phu Quoc, and this gelato felt like a creative nod to that tradition. I highly recommend trying it. The French vanilla gelato with hot espresso in the Affogato was excellent, almost like having a freshly baked dessert. It's the best Affogato in An Thoi I've tried. I also enjoyed the Tropical Tea, with its refreshing tropical fruit flavors blending smoothly with the cold tea. The pizza had a light, crispy crust and flavorful toppings. With the view and the whole experience, the price was well worth it and exceeded my expectations. Great food, fair prices, lovely views, and lots of creativity. I'd come back whenever I get the chance.

Getting around from here was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. During our stay, the hotel was hosting a wedding, and nights were noisy: we heard lots of doors, people singing and talking, and could smell smoke. The wedding party also had the rooftop bar occupied, so we didn't get to go up there. We noticed a cat trapped on the rooftop for three days. I hope someone can do something about it.

We stayed for two weeks with our small children, and the staff made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. They were warm, professional, and attentive throughout. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. Comfortable beds meant we all slept well after days out, and the linens and amenities felt thoughtfully chosen. We especially enjoyed the top-floor restaurant. The panoramic views were breathtaking, the food was tasty and nicely presented, and the menu covered local and international flavors. Service there was excellent too. This was one of our best hotel stays in Phu Quoc. Everything from the hospitality and comfort to the dining exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back, whether with family, as a couple, or for business, this is a place worth considering.

The peach tea was just right, not overcooked the way I usually find tea. My drink was excellent, and the waiter was really kind. The rolls had very thin skins and tasted great.
