Rainforest Resort Phu Quoc

We liked this place so much that we added another night. The gardens and pool were lovely, and the gym had everything we wanted for a workout. Room 41 was bright, with a great big bed and a fantastic shower. Tuong made check-in quick and easy and was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was freshly served, and we enjoyed walking to and from Conco Beach instead of taking a scooter. As a couple in our 60s, it suited us perfectly.

After a day out, we could relax by the saltwater pool, which had plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was included and good, and the bed was very comfortable. The resort was peaceful, so we slept well. Grand World and Vin Wonders were only a short Grab ride away, and free bicycles were available on site. The manager lives there and was always reachable on WhatsApp, which was really helpful. We plan to return to Phu Quoc and would recommend the place.

Tuong was a wonderful host, always glad to help and great with customer service. We stayed a week as a family, and the place was kept very clean, with room service every day. It was also nicely tucked away from the city bustle, about 10 minutes from VinWonders and VinPearl Safari. Breakfast each day was included. We had an amazing time and will stay here again on our next visit. Five out of five.

Finding a Grab can be tricky because the resort is remote, but you can rent a motorbike for 150,000 VND/24h or arrange a taxi at reception. We ended up adding a third night to our original two and were sad to leave. The spacious bungalows were clean, secure, and private thanks to all the plants. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and each of us got three towels in different sizes plus a pool beach towel. Tuong was incredibly helpful and reachable on WhatsApp for anything from room service and breakfast orders to motorbikes and taxis. When our arrival began with a greeting in Vietnamese, they quickly brought someone over who spoke perfect English. There’s a restaurant, a large pool, a brand-new gym, and a laundry room. The whole stay was fantastic, 10/10, I’d book again.
