Our stay was one of the worst we’ve had. We felt cheated by the reviews, and the reality was completely different. Nothing we were promised was actually provided, and we had no proper service, hospitality, or respect as guests. The staff at Landing Resort were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. The washrooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic. This place doesn’t deserve to be called a resort. We wasted our money, lost our peace, and had the whole experience ruined. A strong warning to Indian families: don’t choose Landing Resort. The good reviews seem fake and misleading. Highly not recommended.

The bathroom water wouldn’t drain, and the room wasn’t swept or given fresh sheets. When we complained, they still didn’t clean. They seemed offended and filmed the things we had thrown in the bin. We came as tourists to relax and relieve stress, but the people here don’t respect tourists. They told us to clean our own room and washroom and change the bed sheets ourselves. This was a terrible stay. No one should choose this resort.

It’s a very good property and I loved staying here. It’s a little outside the main town, but Grab cabs are easy to get.

I can’t comment on the facilities because the hotel cancelled my booking without warning. They asked me to cancel at 11 AM on the day I was due to check in. They’re overbooking and left me stranded without any compensation. That’s very bad business practice, especially during a peak period like the New Year holiday.
