Alisa Phu Quoc Hotel

I stayed for more than 40 days, the first time I've ever spent so much of a vacation in one place, and every day was perfect for me. During the peak tourist season in Phu Quoc, some hotels had cancelled earlier bookings to sell rooms at higher prices. My host was honest and reliable, and none of the guests had that problem here. I felt safe both in the hotel and around the area as a solo traveler. There are cameras on every floor, and after a while I felt comfortable leaving my valuables and jewellery in my room. I never had a bad experience. The other guests were mostly very nice and polite. I enjoyed seeing my neighbours in the shared spaces and miss them now. The team were motivated, helpful, and friendly, and willing to help with any issue. I started messaging them on WhatsApp a month before my stay, and during my visit they did their best to meet all my wishes. I even received Christmas presents and got to join an unexpected Silvester celebration. Their hospitality would beat five-star hotels, including the nearby Regent, where my friends stayed for 1000 EUR per night. The new property has fresh, comfortable rooms with air conditioning, fans, small fridges, kettles, and bottled water refreshed daily. There's also a shared kitchen, washing machine, and a lovely rooftop terrace. It's one of the few places in the area where you can get at least a partial ocean and nature view, while the others look into courtyards. Cleaning was every three days. The location worked perfectly for me: a couple of minutes' walk to the beach, grocery shops, bus stop, and Marina night market. Sonasea night market is about a 20-minute walk along a safe promenade. I want to thank the Alisa team sincerely for the hospitality and a perfect vacation. I felt better than at home, where I miss having an ocean view, and if I return to Phu Quoc, I won't consider anywhere else.
