A morning bike ride was pleasant, though there isn’t much else to do. Some of the resort is still undeveloped. The food and service were okay, but check-in took too long and was frustrating. The pool was a bit dirty in the morning.

My clients stayed for one night and had no hot water, so they asked to move rooms. At first the staff said no other room was available, but they eventually changed it when they couldn’t fix the issue. Even then, the water was only mildly warm for a few minutes before going cold again. The main problem was the staff’s attitude: they said it was fixed while customers were still complaining. For a peaceful trip, I’d consider somewhere else.

The villa felt run-down, and they hadn’t provided enough towels or toilet paper. There weren’t any paper towels either. There was little to do besides look at the lake. I was really disappointed, and two stars feels generous. Another villa I stayed at in Da Nang, Furama resort, cost less than Paradise and had everything. See my review of it.
