The room was excellent and everything was clean. WiFi was great, and breakfast was good, though there were almost no vegetarian choices. On our last morning, there was no bread until 06:10 and no omelette station. That was very disappointing, especially since the stated opening time was 06:00. The staff seemed unprepared and too complacent.
Good spot right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants and a big park close by. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower very hot. Breakfast was decent and included.

We paid about 430k for a twin room. It was clean and comfortable, with its own bathroom, though there was no balcony. The buffet breakfast was okay, and parking was available in the basement.
For a budget hotel, it’s not bad. The rooms are clean and modern, and the TV is good. There’s a buffet breakfast, and the location is right in the center of Pleiku. Just be aware there are no irons, and they charge for ironing items.
