The two owners were pretty strict, and we felt disrespected, as if they were intruding on our privacy. Maybe they usually cater to high-class guests. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, though the bedsheets and towels were a bit dirty. The pillows weren’t comfortable, and the bathroom floor was very slippery.

There’s a large cafe downstairs, and a room cost 450-600k VND. The owners are an elderly couple and a little strict. My room had a bathtub, and I slipped getting out, so be careful. Otherwise, things were pretty good. The rooms were clean, with a simple, neat look.

It’s a hotel and cafe, so there are always plenty of customers. Parking is ample and the prices are reasonable. The cafe has roomy, well-arranged indoor seating, and its spot on the embankment makes it cool and breezy.

There’s lots of outdoor space and plenty of parking for cars. The coffee is tasty and reasonably priced, and service is quick and enthusiastic. The location is great. Fantastic.
