The people at reception were especially kind and thoughtful. I left some of my things behind and couldn't return for them, but when I asked, the owner/receptionist happily arranged to ship them to me. There's plenty of parking, the rooms are lovely, and the ground-floor coffee shop has a really pretty city view. The facilities are decent for the price, and probably among the best nearby. A few small things could use attention, like the sockets and bathroom wall, and I hope they improve those soon. The price is a bargain. I haven't tried breakfast, so I can't comment on it. I'd recommend the place to tourists visiting Gia Lai.

The price is reasonable, and there's a cafe in the lobby, but the service was terrible. We had no water or bath towels. The receptionist said we had to tell them if we wanted room service, so we had to call just to get those basics? Also, if there's a party downstairs, the karaoke gets too noisy.

We paid 500k for one night for four people, and that felt well worth it. The rooms are new and clean, the staff are friendly, and there's car parking. The water pressure is strong and showering feels great. Just be careful in the bathroom, the tiles get extremely slippery, especially if you're with an older person. Some parts of the rooms seem poorly thought out, like the hotel was built in a rush, but overall it's the best in Pleiku. Highly recommend.

I really like the music while having coffee here. The coffee and drinks are delicious and well priced, and the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, with good service and wifi.
