The hotel felt nearly forgotten, like a dream people had left behind. There were very few guests in Feb 2023, and the town looked a bit run down. The pool wasn't working, and the faded tennis court had no nets. The gym equipment was passable, though. Rooms are a good size, and the price and service are great. Breakfast is amazing.

I've stayed at this big hotel many times, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is okay, though not very clean. Breakfast used to be more delicious, and lately it hasn't been as good, even though the selection varies.

The staff were nice, and so was breakfast. It's a good four star hotel, with a nice view from the rooms. I believe it has 15 floors, and you can see a lot of Bac Giang from up there.

It's a new hotel, so the room is quite nice, but the rate is rather high. This is the only 4 star hotel in Bac Giang. If someone else can cover the bill, it's worth staying there.

It's just 1-2 hours from Hanoi, and the area is very clean and quiet. A good place to relax at the hotel with decent prices and facilities. It's near halong bay too. Don't miss this hotel and this little city.
