We were there for nearly a week, and I had to switch rooms several times because some toilets were broken and hadn't been fixed yet. In most rooms, the bathrooms were in poor shape: wooden toilet doors tended to warp, and some bathroom fixtures and exhaust fans didn't work. The rooms themselves were beautiful, with interiors made almost entirely of wood, and the bedding was clean and smelled fresh. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, plus plenty of shady parking. Prices were good, and laundry and drying were inexpensive.

We had five rooms booked for three days and had already been at the hotel for two days. I checked in at 11, went to room 205, and was told check-in was at 13. At noon I arranged a 1 pm massage for my husband, but the receptionist wouldn't let me stay one extra hour for it, so I checked out. The hotel lost a massage booking over that, even though it was busy. Baby Muoi gives very good massages, and the receptionist follows the rules, but please review the receptionist service. Everything else was very OK. I hope the hotel keeps serving its customers well.

The location is great, but the rooms were damp and moldy, with poor hygiene and outdated equipment. Maybe the climate plays a part. The windows don't block the sound, so it was very noisy.

They do offer massages, and the place is pretty good. But it's right on the main road with poor sound insulation, so anyone sensitive to noise probably shouldn't stay here.

I wasn't happy with the hotel I'd booked first, so I had to look for another one. This hotel was clean and airy, and the staff were polite. I was satisfied, and I'll return on my next trip to Gia Lai.
