NewCC made me feel welcome after a long day on the road. Check-in was simple, and my room was clean, nicely furnished, elegant, and had a soft bed. The dining room is gorgeous, and breakfast was excellent, with attentive, friendly staff. Everyone I dealt with, from security and housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant team, treated me warmly. I arrived after a long motorbike ride, dusty and disheveled, and still felt valued. That kind of service felt like real five-star luxury, without judgment. I paid a little extra to rest here because the reviews were so glowing, and it was worth every dime. Highly recommended!

The staff were all very kind, and they noticed my birthday on my passport and gave me a small gift. The rooms were lovely and cosy. Thank you very much!

I was surprised to find such a high-quality hotel in Quang Ngai. The view was nice, and the surroundings were clean and comfortable.

For about 40 euros a night, this is good value overall. The room has what you need for a business stay, with enough space, and the air conditioning is positioned so it doesn't blow directly on you. The restaurant was disappointing. Dinner wasn't tasty and seemed poorly cooked, whether we tried local or international dishes. At that price, you could eat much better in Ho Chi Minh City District-1. Breakfast was also not enough.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with a wonderful shower. It's also on a quiet street rather than a busy one, with a park nearby. I've stayed in lots of hotels and apartments in Vietnam, and this is among the best. Great value for the price.
