8/10
The bed, pillows and linens were top notch, so comfortable. The hotel is new, and the rooms feel fresh and very clean. The shower has great hot water and pressure. The toilet and shower face each other behind see through glass walls, which is a bit of a strange design, and there's no door to close off that bathroom area. Breakfast was good, though nothing extraordinary. Thank you.

The pool and spa were closed, and nobody mentioned it before or during check in. When we raised it, all they offered was 20% off the mini bar, lol. The emergency alarm went off twice late at night, which was scary and disrupted our sleep. WiFi was nearly unusable, so the locked down smart TV, which only let us use YouTube, was slow too. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Next time I'll choose a cheaper midrange hotel without a pool. It would be the same experience.

The hotel feels very modern and is in a great central location. The rooms are clean and the WiFi is fast. Every staff member was incredibly kind, caring and efficient with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here.

Our big room looked out over the city square and some mountain views, and the price was reasonable. It's spacious, very clean and nicely done in a boutique style, which is quite rare in Quy Nhon city. A great fit for three people or a family. The breakfast was quite good too.

The staff, rooms and location were all very nice, and there's an amazing coffee shop in the lobby. I think this hotel will be top tier in Quy Nhon once they finish the spa.
