It's close to the beach and restaurants, and the rate was reasonable, about $15-$20 a night. The room was spacious and clean, with a small window. The bed was clean and soft enough for me. The bathroom was clean most of the time, though sometimes there was a smell from the drain, and once I saw a small cockroach come out of it. Hot water was available, and there was a hair dryer and kettle. The air-conditioner worked well and the wifi was okay. There was a TV, but I didn't use it. Soundproofing between the room and corridor wasn't very good. The receptionist was often absent and not very friendly.

The staff were accommodating, enthusiastic, and advised me on all the attractions. I give their service attitude five stars. The AC was cool and refreshing when I got back to the room. I just had to tell the receptionist what time I'd return, and they'd turn it on. Thanks for the super delicious rice cakes and spring rolls the receptionist ordered for me. I stayed during the September 2nd holiday, and the room rate was still the same as on regular days. It was very clean and airy, and extremely cheap for the room quality. I saved about 200k VND a night compared with my budget =))). The beach is about 600-700m away, I didn't check closely, but it's a quick motorbike ride and walking is okay too. Nho's dessert shop is nearby, so I ate there every day =)). It's not near the food street, but there are decent evening options around, including hot rice cakes, spring rolls, and pho. I ate so much I can't remember it all :))). The one downside is they didn't tell me the hotel rents motorbikes cheaper than the place I used :(((
