The location and room size both deserve five stars, and I stayed two nights. Parking is out front, but be prepared to move cars around. Low-clearance cars may have trouble, and valuables should be left with the front desk. The hallway is very dark. Also, the elevator only goes up from the ground floor, it doesn't come back down there. That's a real hassle with lots of luggage or if stairs are difficult.

Right on Tran Phu Street in Quy Nhon City, the hotel has a double room with 1m6 and 1m2 beds that works for a small family. It's cleaned daily, and there's free wifi, mineral water, milk coffee, and more. Soundproofing isn't great, but at a price of 500, don't expect more.

We stayed four nights and our room was never cleaned, nor were the sheets changed. Things were stolen from us, and when we raised it, the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. On top of that, it's very noisy: staff shouted and ran up and down the stairs around 4-5am every morning, waking us. There was no WiFi either. This is a terrible hotel. You can find somewhere better and cheaper, so don't waste your money here.

The air conditioning barely worked. After half an hour the room still wasn't cool enough, and the staff did nothing to fix it when I asked them to check. I won't come back.
