The peaceful atmosphere and good service made my stay especially nice. My room was spotless, roomy, and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I’d happily come back and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were extremely dirty. There was hair in the drains and soap scum everywhere, and I wasn’t sure the towels were clean. I put a bath towel on the floor and it picked up dirt. They wanted to charge me to wash that towel and another with my fake tan on it. I was okay with paying, but they quoted $200k for cleaning even though I’d done laundry there for $30k per kg. One receptionist was helpful; the other staff were super rude.

The service was bad, and the staff had a terrible attitude. When I complained, Chinh Cuong didn’t want to listen and instead hurled abuse at me. Yelling loudly at a lady like that is so rude. Strongly don’t recommend this place!

The room was comfortable and clean, but the hot shower didn’t work properly.
