Our room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The sea-view room with a balcony is much better equipped than the tiny garden-view rooms, so I think the higher price is worth it. The hotel is at the southern "back beach" in the fishing village Bai Xep, with a laid-back feel. Cars can't reach the hotel itself, so there's about a 150 m walk from the drop-off point. The team was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. You can book outings, including a boat trip with a fisherman to the small offshore islands for snorkeling, or a visit to ancient Cham towers. The soft and hard corals are beautiful, but the hotel's snorkel gear is quite poor. They've thought of a lot of useful details: beach bags and towels in the rooms, drinking water provided as needed, and Vietnamese traditional style sun hats, umbrellas, yoga mattress, and even a guitar to borrow. Downstairs there are sofas and chairs to lounge on, plus books to share and boardgames. Breakfast came with our stay. We really liked the banana pancakes, and the muesli and fruit meal. The on-site restaurant was open all day and had lots of options, including pizza, pasta, burgers, and Vietnamese food. The salads were very good, the home made pasta was delicious, and the wood fired pizza was also good. The homemade ginger beer was great.

We would gladly have stayed another two or three days. The beach feels like a hidden gem, and the hotel suited us perfectly. It was easy to head to the beach with the towels and parasols they provided, and we could borrow books too. Breakfast had lots to choose from, and everything we tried was really good. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help. Special thanks to Thao, who kindly helped us figure out a bus for our next stop.

We stayed in the Hoa and enjoyed having a balcony. The rooms were comfy and clean, the restaurant and breakfast were really tasty, and the staff worked hard and were excellent. It was a beautiful, relaxing place, and we'd highly recommend it. Just plan for a few minutes' walk from the car drop-off and a few steps while carrying your suitcase. Most people should be fine, but it's not ideal with three large suitcases.

The beach is kept pretty clean, with locals and visitors both doing their part. There can be some pollution in the water at times, as is quite common in Vietnam. The hotel has a relaxed feel right by the beach, welcoming and friendly staff, and a menu with lots of choices. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

We even enjoyed the walk through the village's small streets to get here. The resort has lovely classic architecture, furnishings, and decorations, with spacious rooms and delicious food. It's right on the beach, where the water was calm and crystal clear. What a beautiful haven. Thank you!
