For a good price and good service in Quy Nhơn, this is a hostel worth staying at.

Tucked along a small road, the hostel looks lovely, and the service is very quick.

It was okay.

The location was convenient, and the cleaning lady was kind and friendly. Still, I won't stay here again. The management was terrible, security poor, and the owner's attitude awful. My key card and lock were broken, and I only noticed after showering that the door opened without a key. Thankfully, nothing was taken. There's never a receptionist or doorman, so anyone can come and go. I booked through Agoda for the fourth day of Tet, after having stayed here once before. This time was awful. The hotel didn't answer my Agoda messages, so I luckily reached them on Zalo to confirm when I'd check in. When I got home after the trip, I found out they'd canceled my booking. On the day I booked, the owner had sent a rude message asking for my arrival time, then canceled because I hadn't replied while traveling without my phone. They had my number and should have called. Who sees every app message while on the road? If I hadn't contacted them through Zalo, I could have turned up with no room. I saw the same thing happen as I was getting ready to leave. Two Western tourists had booked three nights through the app and were driving from Hoi An. They hadn't checked their messages during the trip. After a ten-hour drive, they got to the hotel at 7 pm, hoping to check in, and were told there were no rooms because they hadn't replied. The owner showed them a one-sentence message, but how were they supposed to see it while driving? They said nobody had called, even though the hotel had their phone numbers. What made me angriest was hearing the owner tell the cleaning lady, "Just ignore them, who told them not to reply to messages?" That made me think this hotel had canceled guests' app bookings like this many times. I'd planned to stay here again, but I'll avoid it now. I'd tell others to find another hotel too. It's run-down, and the way bookings and security are handled is awful.
