We had a lovely sixth-floor room facing the ocean, with a great air conditioner and a good fridge. The bed is typically firm for Vietnam, and reception doesn't speak English. The sensor light above the toilet seemed to do what it wanted, and the bathroom layout is odd, so use the toilet before you shower, lol. The balcony lights on this floor are controlled by the basement security guard, switched on at dusk and off at dawn. They can be bright and bring in a few bugs. The first night, noisy neighbors kept us up until 3.30am. For the last four days, dogs across the road barked all night, but that's life. Generally a very good place, with a few quirks.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the security man, around 50-60s, who always smiled and welcomed us when we came back. Luu Ngai Condotel was worth every buck for our vacation. You won't regret choosing it.

The room was VERY dirty, with a black floor and dead mosquitoes left in the bathroom. Construction was definitely going on behind the hotel, and the hammering and chains woke me at 6. Far too pricey for what's offered. Embarrassing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The reception ladies are kind and attentive, and the rooms get a thorough daily cleaning. Balcony rooms feel airy and come well equipped with a washer/dryer, sofa, and smart TV. Breakfast is a limited open buffet, but should satisfy most needs. It's a charming hotel, and these days there isn't construction nearby, so nights are quite peaceful.

The pool has a really nice view and is great for two people, but it can feel overcrowded once there are more than three. The room is really nice too, and the location is decent for the more local part of town.
