Splendid Holiday Hotel

Our room was upgraded, and we had no complaints. The staff were happy to take our cases up after helping us into the hotel, even though the taxi had to leave us around the corner because we were in the old quarter. They welcomed us with juice and watermelon and were friendly and helpful throughout. When my phone wasn’t working, Jacky found a car for us on a nearby street to get to the airport. They couldn’t have done more for us.

Breakfast was super nice, and Ms. Lily and Mr. Lucas gave us helpful recommendations around Hanoi. Mr. Brian noticed how tired we were and offered the massage chairs while we waited for our room, which meant a lot. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. I’d booked somewhere else first, but it turned out to be really disappointing. Luckily, I found Victory Legend Hotel & Spa, where Mr. Martin at the front desk helped us check in. Our flight was at 9am the next day, so we asked if we could have our Day-1 breakfast early. He arranged it and also let us use the toilet and waiting area to freshen up. After the bad experience at the previous hotel, this group really came to our rescue and made the stay memorable. Their service was exceptional. Huge thanks again to Mr. Martin, Ms. Lily, Mr. Lucas, and Mr. Brian. They all went above and beyond.

Lyli, one of the managers, was so professional and attentive, and her sweet smile was a lovely way to start the day. The breakfast was fabulous!!!! We had a great stay at Splendid Grand Hotel & SPA in Hanoi. It’s very well located, and our room was huge and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, too. I’d definitely recommend it.

The food selection was amazing, and Ms. Anna was such a good host, really accommodating. The experience and the staff’s hospitality were the best parts of our stay at this great hotel. I’ll recommend it to friends and family!
