2/10
The room was nowhere near clean enough, with water leaking in the bathroom and cockroaches everywhere. I paid $27 for two people, and even water cost extra. The staff member was terrible, acting like she was the boss and ordering me around. She spoke to me while cutting her toenails with her leg on a chair, then made me come over to answer her question because she was too lazy and impolite to come talk to customers. I had a nightmare of a night.

10/10
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were quite nice. There’s also an elevator and accessible entrances for people with disabilities. The staff were professional and happy to help me book bus tickets.

The rooms are quite old and dirty, and even basic things like electrical outlets are missing.

The location is good, though the room was small.
