The owners and their daughter were the best part of our stay, so lovely, welcoming, and always ready to help. We’ll miss them, and if we return to Quy Nhon, we’ll stay with them again. The place is close to the beach, cafés, and a large supermarket, while still being on a quiet, cute, very “local” street. Free water and scooter parking were nice too. With hosts like these, “Mini Home” would fit better than “Mini House” 🙂

Mic, the owner's daughter, speaks English well and is charming and helpful. The whole family was welcoming and very nice. I was so impressed with my first seven nights at Ngoc Quy Mini House that I stayed for another seven. It’s central but tucked away from the main road, so it’s peaceful and quiet, with a short walk to the beach, a large Co.op supermarket, and busy areas for food and shopping. I saw a few rooms, and they were all clean and spacious, with balconies and quality fittings. There’s free cold water, coffee, tea, and sweets in the foyer, plus indoor parking for bikes. I highly recommend this friendly family-run homestead. The rooms are excellent quality and value. You won’t be disappointed. Tom.

I really enjoyed my stay, and the owners were kind people. They spoke English and kept the place very clean. Even during the crowded TET holiday, the price was good, and they gave me snacks and gifts. The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and has an elevator and indoor motorcycle parking. They also rent motorbikes and offer laundry service. It was my second time in Vietnam but my first in quy nhon. Highly recommended.

The family running the homestay were warm, respectful, and so helpful. From the start, they made us feel welcome while still giving us space and independence. The host is a memorable, humane person who knows Quy Nhon well and can suggest everything from hiking trails to the archery club and other places to visit. We loved the neighbours, and our child had a great time playing with local kids. After days out, relaxing on the fresh top-floor terrace was lovely. The house is clean, spacious, and has what you need, with hosts willing to find anything extra. It’s on a quiet, lovely street, a short walk from the beach and just two minutes from an amazing seafood restaurant. Such a sweet, warm experience. We’ll definitely come back; this is a place that stays in your heart. 💎❤️

The host was friendly and helpful, and I had a comfortable bed in a decent-sized room. It's about 500 m from the beach, on a quiet street but still close to where I wanted to be. I could store my bicycle inside at night. I recommend it.
