FLC Sea Tower Apartment Quy Nhon - Hung Dong Tourist

The view was amazing, and the location worked well, near the beach and plenty of restaurants less than 10 minutes away. We had a nice stay for one night in Kim’s Homestay. Our rooms were very spacious, with three rooms and two bathrooms, and at 1M VND/night you get what you pay for. The place provided six water bottles, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, shower cups, and other little amenities. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates, and cups too. Front desk staff were helpful, carrying our luggage to our room and then out to our Grab. There were some cleanliness issues: mold on the ceiling AC, washrooms that weren’t especially clean, and a slightly filthy couch that could use a cover. Since we were only there a night, we didn’t have much to complain about.

We booked three nights but only stayed one out of necessity. The photos for room 2204 don’t represent the property, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The biggest problem was how filthy the room was. Dust and swept rubbish had been left behind a bedroom door, there was a Q-tip and more dust behind the TV, a silverfish in the kitchen drawer, dirt in the bathroom cupboard handle, and the ventilation fan was caked with dust. Much of the furniture was broken as well. The shower drain was blocked and so slow that the bathroom flooded, and the kitchen sink drains smelled like sewage. There was just one glass, two plates, and two spoons in the kitchen, despite our booking for five people. The TV remote needed new batteries. A nearby karaoke bar was very loud, though thankfully it stopped at 11pm.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. For the price, the room was more than we expected: spacious, fully equipped, and with a balcony overlooking the sea. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Quy Nhon.

We booked by walk in. The room had good space and the amenities were okay, but the service was outrageous. There were three of us, and the lady gave us one random set of slippers, presumably to make us comfortable. There was no room service to change sheets, refill water, or bring fresh towels. When I asked for towels, she rudely told me, “you have to wash them yourself!” There’s a washing machine on the balcony, but if they’d explained this when we booked, we could have understood. I also asked about transport to the airport, and the staff seemed very reluctant to help, as if they didn’t want to do anything for us. The staff were unprofessional, and I was very disappointed. There’s also a very loud local bar playing music until midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep. If you’re looking for good service, this isn’t the place.
