We chose this as a stop on the way to other towns because it was within walking distance of the Vegetarian district by Long Khanh Chua and the beach. The value was okay, and otherwise the stay was acceptable, with only minor issues.

The drink prices seem high compared with the usual rate, a can of soft drink costs 20,000 VND. There should also be a small refrigerator in the room. The toilet constantly smells like sewage. I also found it annoying that staff use the reception hall as an office to answer calls and Facebook messages, leaving guests without a lobby where they can sit while waiting for a taxi. The customer entrance is quite narrow. I don’t understand why they don’t use one of the rooms as an office instead. A homestay or hotel needs a comfortable, quiet reception area for guests.

The staff were incredibly nice, and the rooms were cool and clean. The place is lovely, with everything equipped, a washing machine, and an open area. It’s close to the city center, so it’s a good budget option if you want somewhere clean and attractive. The staff are locals, too, and you can ask them about tours, places to eat, or motorbike rentals. I’m so impressed, and I highly recommend staying here.

Prices are very reasonable, and the rooms look beautiful and are clean. Everyone on staff was friendly and lovely. You can arrange a room, tour, or car rental here. A tour lets you see more of Quy Nhon: going by yourself, you can only see 4-5 places in 3 days. I recommend staying here :))))
