Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, and the room had a pretty unusual feature, a window between the bathroom and bedroom. I thought everything else was great, so this seemed like a good hotel overall. The one drawback was the soundproofing. I could clearly hear water running in the neighboring room, which bothered me a little.

The room was clean and quiet, with a really comfortable bed, and the location worked perfectly for me. I could walk to lots of great sites. When I arrived, the staff welcomed me right away and made check-in quick and easy, even though I’d booked through a third-party site. I was in my room and off to see the sites in no time. I’d stay here again if I came back this way.

My experience here left me dissatisfied. In room 508, some lights didn’t work, and the staff member who came to check them walked into my room and bathroom wearing slippers, making the clean room dirty. He should have taken them off. They couldn’t fix the lights, either. The water pressure on the 5th floor was very weak, and even with the tap set as hot as possible, the water was only slightly warm, not hot enough for a bath. The service and facilities weren’t good.

We had a great quick getaway here with my husband, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice extra. The hotel was welcoming to all kinds of groups. We plan to come back next time with our young children.
