Seaview Apartment - Altara Residences Quy Nhon

The contradictions and pressure in this situation are verifiable, and I have screenshots. My move-in was set for 12 March, with a reservation already in place. On 05 March, Mrs. Cam offered me a different apartment, a completely new unit on the 34th floor that was higher and cheaper. Accepting it meant cancelling the earlier reservation, so I did that correctly and early. The landlord responded politely and professionally and accepted the cancellation. Right after that, Mrs. Ha refused to proceed with the new apartment, saying it was “already occupied” and “already paid for.” I believe that was false, as were further claims. Chat and screenshot records show Mrs. Cam and Mrs. Ha discussing this exact apartment internally, including via ZALO, and talking about me renting it. If they were still discussing my rental, the apartment couldn’t also be “already occupied and already paid.” I believe the contradiction is clearly provable. Mrs. Ha was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. In my view, she repeatedly lied in the chat instead of clarifying what happened. From my conversation history with Mrs. Cam, I also understand that Mrs. Ha’s main concern was why I wanted a 3-month rental instead of 6 months, since she would earn more commission from 6 months. I think her conduct was driven by commission and ego, rather than customer service or a serious rental process. No one admitted a mistake or offered a professional apology. Instead, more “arguments” came up that, in my view, were attempts to shift blame. The most outrageous was the later accusation that I had treated the landlord unfairly. That’s false. Mrs. Cam offered me the new apartment on 05 March while knowing the previous reservation would have to be cancelled. Once it became clear the contradictions could be proved, Mrs. Cam implied in chat that she would “speak to the landlord.” I consider that intimidation and coercive pressure meant to pressure me, rather than resolve the situation properly. Screenshots also support this. I’ve suffered real disadvantages as a result: I now have to arrange new accommodation at short notice, with time lost, extra organizational burden, and potential additional costs. I’ll forward the screenshots and chat logs to management and have legal steps reviewed. Update: The “no reservation” claim is a generic denial, and screenshots document the arrangement. They also show Mrs. Ha was “angry” because a 3-month term means low commission while 6 months pays more, suggesting she put personal money ahead of the owners’ interests. I have screenshot excerpts showing Mrs. Ha refusing to let me speak with management and deleting rude, unacceptable messages, though I have the originals. I’m compiling all the evidence to send to headquarters and legal counsel. Legal consequences will follow.
