I found it good value for the price, and the room was clean. Being on the fifth floor kept street noise out, though you can hear through the walls because the rooms aren't very soundproof. The location is handy, right on the main street, with restaurants, a supermarket, and lots of massage shops nearby.

The front desk guy was really helpful. He let us leave our motorbikes and luggage for 36 hours while we went to Lai Son Island. It's a handy place to stay before an early ferry, with plenty of street food for breakfast on the short walk to the port. Our room was clean and everything worked, though the decor looked a little tired.

It's new, but there's no elevator.
