A nice little place with everything you need in the room, and they sell cold drinks at reception. The entrance gate gets locked, so you'll need to ring the bell if you come back late. I liked it overall.

I had to check out unexpectedly after just 30 minutes. I'd paid for one night in advance, checked out with a slight smile, and left. I'd suggest asking first whether they refund your money if you have to leave early.

The room was clean and nice, and parking was available on the street in front of the house.

The owner and his wife were friendly and very enthusiastic. The room was cheap, so I didn't expect anything extra. It cost 180k VND during a holiday.

I booked through a lodging app and then tried to change rooms. For the same price, they offered a small, damp, unpleasant room with no window. The power only works when the key is left in the room, which is a hassle if you have lots of devices to charge. I've never come across laundry fees elsewhere in Vietnam, but here you can't use the washing machine. You have to leave your clothes there, and they charge you for it.
