Breakfast at the restaurant was a mess. We waited about 60 minutes for our food, and at the 45-minute mark only one of us had been served. Other guests around us were frustrated too. I had to leave for a prior engagement without eating, and the restaurant floor was covered in food. In our room, the sheets were stained, it smelled of smoke, and there were mosquitoes, spiders, and webs all over, including the ceiling. During our three days there, the maid didn’t replace our towels or change the sheets. Laundry came back with white powder on our clothes, and one pink shirt had a whole shoeprint on it. I give this hotel one star. Don’t book here.

We spent a couple of days here and really appreciated the caring, polite staff. It’s not a starred hotel, and the service has a country feel, but the comfort was adequate and the service was great. We’re grateful to Ms Nhung, the kind manager, and Phong, who arranged our booking. Thanks as well to everyone who served our meals, both the breakfasts on site and at their beautiful restaurant nearby. It was an amazing experience, and we hope to come back next year.

The staff helped me out when I ran into a problem, and the food was good. The place is a little old, though they’re remodeling it. I’d give it 8 out of 10. 👍

The main drawback is that most places to eat or hang out are about 1 km away, though you can walk if you’re up for it. The room was clean and a decent size, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the restaurant team to reception and security. The breakfast buffet selection was limited, as expected, but there was also a different hot dish each day, like Hu Tieu, Pho, or Bun Rieu, alongside the usual food. I was satisfied and would consider staying again if I needed to.
