The staff really made my four nights at Aliana special. They're incredible, and the breakfast had a nice range of food. My room was clean, and the minibar was restocked daily with water and soda. I had a mountain view and balcony, with a great look at the tram going by. It's a quiet spot, about a 600m walk to Sun Plaza. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Sapa.

The food at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel & Spa was fantastic. It's a little pricier than you'd expect in Vietnam, though dishes were still around £6 and came in generous portions with great quality. We loved the spring rolls, the duck with passion fruit sauce was outstanding, and the cocktails were lovely. They even brought us a complimentary crème brûlée, which was absolutely delicious. Bella deserves a special thanks. She was such a sweet host, spoke English really well, and made the meal even better. Highly recommend!

The room view was the standout for me, just breathtaking. We also loved how cozy and welcoming the lobby felt, a nice place to unwind after being out for the day. Our group had a wonderful stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel. Staff were warm and attentive and went the extra mile to make things comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

Hotel Aliana is set higher up in Sapa, which makes for a quieter stay, but you can still walk to the center. We had a spacious, classically styled room with all the facilities and a large balcony looking towards the mountains and the train to Fansipan. There's a restaurant and spa at the hotel, and the morning breakfast buffet is extensive. A strong choice for a quiet, luxurious stay in Sapa.

The spring rolls at the restaurant were great, and the price felt fair for the quality. The staff were attentive, too. The hotel has a rather noble vibe and lovely rooms. It's outside the city center, which keeps nights quiet, but getting around is still easy. I can recommend staying here.
