The staff made us feel almost like part of the family, and they were quick to arrange our private tours exactly as we wanted. They were attentive throughout, and service was efficient. After busy sightseeing days, we loved unwinding by the pool, which is tucked among greenery. Our quiet room on the 8th floor had a lovely city view. The airport pickup was smooth too: our driver was waiting in arrivals with our name sign and got us to EMM Hotel Hue safely and quickly. We were greeted there with a welcome drink. We’d happily return if we come back to Hue.

That courtyard pool is a lovely quiet spot, screened from the road, where you can relax with a cold drink. The hotel is also close to the Imperial Palace grounds and the river boardwalk, about a 10-minute walk, and the boardwalk is especially nice at night. We enjoyed staying at The EMM Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, the food was fantastic with generous portions and lots of choice, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful. It was just as advertised.

We had a great stay at EMM hotel with our baby. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was great too. It’s central without being in the most touristy part of town. Walking into town was easy, and getting a grab was simple as well.

The room was beautiful and well appointed, with an amazing bathroom. It really felt like a five-star room. My only complaint was the loud music in the morning from people exercising near the lake. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful.

The staff were friendly and easy to approach, and showed concern for our safety when we were picked up for a bike ride around the city. The hotel was close to the places we wanted to visit, with good facilities and a nice breakfast. Our room was clean and the hotel was very nice.
