The breakfast was very good, especially the tasty waffles and sandwiches. They kept our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout, and the air conditioning can also heat the room, though it takes a few minutes to get going. Good value overall. The downsides were a quite hard mattress, no view, and no elevator. Our room was on the fourth floor, but we were fine taking the stairs.

The family running the hotel were so kind, and they cook really well too. Our room was spotless, and we had a great stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location is great, and the ensuite bathroom is really spacious, but the room had several problems. The beds felt like cardboard, and the doors were so loud we could hear them opening across the hotel. They badly need some WD-40. My balcony door knob was broken too, so I couldn't close it properly. I guess you get what you pay for.

We had a superb view from the balcony, so if you can, ask for a room with one. The hotel is right in the center of town and felt cozy and clean. The room had all the facilities we needed, and the toilet was clean, with toiletries and tissues provided. Breakfast was included in our booking and delicious. A really nice place to stay in Sapa.

I spent a week here and found it a really good hotel for the price. The room was nice and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and even the dog was adorable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and the food and drinks were tasty without costing too much. The location worked well for me too.
